Link Budget Activity
Client: Shaw Communications Operations Training
This video and interactive activity were created to help fibre network technicians visualize calculations for link budgets, which is the maximum fibre optic cable length, connectors, and splices they can use before the signal becomes too weak. I consulted with stakeholders, designed and built the activity, and solicited feedback from subject matter experts.
This learning activity was so well received by the stakeholders that they wanted to expand it into a regular job aid for technicians to use in their daily work.

BlueCurve Home App Walkthrough
Client: Shaw Communications Learning & Development
This interactive walkthrough was created for the launch of the new BlueCurve Home App, an internet management app for customers. It was designed to walk customer service and technical support agents through the use of the app so they could assist customers in its use. I was responsible for the design and development of the tutorial.
